Romans 2: 1-16

That was what i read during my devotion today
and i guess what the bible says is true
i guess i am being judgemental nowadays
unknowingly, i comment on things which i barely have any information about

they bible says that why do we judge the speck in our neighbour's eye when we cant even judge the plank in ours?!

do you know when we judge others,
we are "cursing" ourself in a sense;
"...for at whatever point you judge the other, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgement do the same things"
Romans 2:1b

i complain about someone who lies,
but i do lie.
i complain about someone who aint loyal,
but i aint loyal times too.

in the end,
it is not us who will be judges, but God Himself!
as a fair God,
He will " give to each person according to what he has done."
Romans 2: 6
Thus, why waste your own time seeing faults of others, when you can use that precious time to change our own bad habits?!

note:
doesnt mean you are a christian,
means you are spared from the judgement time.
everyone will be judged
"For God does not show favouritism" verse 11

but
why is it so difficult to see our own faults?
why are we blind to our own actions and feelings.
i wish i can have a mirror that reflects my character
i want to know how i can change/ improve.

this is what we should do:
we should follow the Lord's commandments.
not know it, but DO IT!
"For it is not those who hear the law who are righteous in God's sight, but it is those who obey the law who will be declared righteous." verse 13

Amen! : DDD
